Wood plastic profile production/extrusion line
The system specially designed for wood and plastic composite profile production. The plastic material and wood fibre will be compounded then pelletized. And the compounded granules will be feed into the extruder to produce the profile.
1) Vacuum sizing tank have particular big eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary.
2) Different types of extroders can be selected for the production line according to the material properties. Special design for haul-off by particular up and down technology of our company, work stable, reliable and heavy duty force.
